jdyg Terms & Conditions and Agreement

§1 Introduction

jdyg is an online gaming platform offering football betting, Live Casino, Slots, and Esports services to players in Myanmar. These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out the rules, restrictions, and policies that players must follow when using jdyg and its related services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the platform.

§2 Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

Only players aged 21+ may access and play on jdyg. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If a player is found to have played before reaching age 21, their account will be immediately closed and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

2.2 Individual Player Policy

• Each player may register only one account on jdyg. Individual family members may each open their own separate account, but sharing the same network or payment method may trigger additional verification checks.
• Players must provide only their own accurate personal information, and all payment methods used must belong to them personally.
• Providing false information during registration, opening multiple accounts, or attempting to exploit bonuses are violations that can result in account closure.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jdyg may request proof of identity from any player at any time. If a player cannot provide a national ID, passport, proof of address, or payment verification, withdrawals may be suspended and the account restricted while under review.

§3 Player Account Responsibilities

Players must keep their login credentials — username and password — secure at all times. jdyg is not responsible for any losses that result from sharing this information with anyone else.

• Players may not allow any third party to use their account.
• Players may only use their own account and may not claim a freebet or bonus belonging to a third party through their own account.
• If any unauthorised access to your account is detected, you must notify support immediately.
• jdyg is not required to reverse any financial losses or bets that occur through an account that is not the player's own.

§4 Deposit Policy

Deposits on the jdyg platform can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks.

• Players must use only their own payment method. Third-party payments will not be accepted.
• If any deposit issue occurs, check your transfer receipt and contact support immediately.
• Deposit processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.

§4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal processing normally takes 10–45 minutes. Players must withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit, and withdrawals are only processed after KYC verification is complete.

• Withdrawal requests are normally processed after routine verification checks.
• Only funds that have met the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from that bonus will be forfeited.

§5 Welcome Bonus Terms

The jdyg welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The player's own funds are used first, after which the bonus funds become available.

§5.1 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount must be completed.

§5.2 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• Each bonus can only be used on the games associated with that bonus, and eligible games may vary depending on the type of game provider support.
• If a player wants to play with their own funds only and without a bonus, the bonus can be cancelled; however, any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
• jdyg reserves the right to adjust the rates and terms of any bonus promotion; changes will be announced on the platform and take effect immediately.

§6 General Game Policy

Players must follow the policies below when playing football betting, Live Casino, Slots, Esports, and cockfighting games offered by jdyg.

• The rules and payout tables for each game are displayed on the platform, and players must read and understand them before playing.
• If a technical fault occurs (server failure, network interruption), the affected game round may be voided and the player's stake refunded; this decision is final.
• If we detect any data manipulation (e.g. software exploitation, unfair distribution of article bonuses), the account will be closed immediately.

§6.2 Football Betting

• If non-game events such as player injuries, tournament cancellations, or venue changes occur, jdyg will handle them according to its policy.
• If a match is cancelled, all bets related to that match will be refunded.

§7 VIP Tier Policy

jdyg's VIP tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A player can move up tiers based on their playing activity. Every VIP tier is eligible for weekly Cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly Cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly Cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly Cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly Cashback

Cashback amounts are paid as bonus funds and must meet the applicable wagering requirements. jdyg reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria, and any changes will be announced in advance.

§8 Actions Players Are Not Allowed to Take

Players are not permitted to carry out the following actions on the jdyg platform —

• Software exploitation, using bots, or using automated playing systems
• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of collecting bonuses
• Making deposits and withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering
• Unauthorised access to or probing of platform data
• Harassing other players or engaging in conduct unbecoming of a member
• Attempting to damage or compromise the integrity of the platform

If there is credible evidence that any of these prohibited actions have been committed, jdyg may close the relevant account, retain any remaining balance, and take further action as necessary.

§9 Data Protection Policy

jdyg protects players' personal data using SSL encryption technology and collects and retains it solely for the purposes set out in this policy (account verification, payment processing, and service delivery).

§10 Responsible Gaming Commitment

§11 jdyg's Liability Limitations

jdyg is not responsible for any amount lost by a player through gameplay, data loss caused by third-party software exploits, or losses arising from circumstances beyond a player's control. If any issues arise, we encourage players to contact our support service so a resolution can be found.

• If a game is lost due to the player's own internet connection dropping, jdyg is not responsible.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to a player's account are the player's own responsibility.

§12 Platform Suspension and Amendments

jdyg may temporarily suspend any service on the platform with prior notice or due to maintenance. How jdyg will handle any gameplay impacts that occur during such periods will be announced on the bonus policy page of the website.

jdyg may update these terms at any time; changes will be announced on the platform and take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after any update is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms constitute the official agreement between the player and jdyg. If any provision is found legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.
